Riverflies: This is a formal survey following
specific criteria that allows a "score" derived. This is then a measure of the river's health, which can be used to monitor the river and compare with national standards. MCG volunteers conduct the survey a few times during the year and submit the results. For more information go to http://riverflies.org/rp-riverfly-monitoring-initiative |
